Important note: It has recently come to our attention that, due to the unscrupulous actions of other people using the same VPN (and therefore the same IP addresses), you may find our email messages automatically moved to your Junk or Spam folders. If it has been more than a few days and you have not received a reply, check there.
If a message shows up there, retrain your filters by clicking the button that says it is not spam or junk. You might also need to add our email addresses to your address book.
Most web-based email clients automatically delete junk and spam messages that are more than 30 days old. If it has been longer than that since you last wrote and you never received a reply, please write again.
Encryption
Privacy is very important to us, both ours and yours. Therefore, we always encourage the use of encryption when communicating with us. We recommend using PGP or GnuPG to encrypt the text and attachments of your messages. See the "Privacy Programs" area of our Library for more options.The following are the public encryption keys for the corresponding email accounts referenced above. Right click on a link and save the file to your computer, then import the key into your keyring.
